The Eucalyptus tree grows up to two hundred feet in three years so make sure you have plenty of space as it can uproot your neighbours patio. It's great for keeping insects at bay. The leaves have a vast amount of uses as do the berries. Just plant in any soil don't over water and beware they catch fir in extreme heat.
